GUESTHOUSE INFO

Our fully furnished Guesthouse features 3 Bedrooms, Separate Guest bath, Spacious Open-Concept Kitchen/Livingroom/Dining Area, Heated floors, Laundry Room and Separate Guest Entrance and furnished deck with a hot tub. Stay several nights and one complimentary Breakfast is on me.

Our Bed&Breakfast features 3 Clean Guest rooms, common shared area with full access Kitchen/Dining/Livingroom, furnished deck with BBQ and a hot tub. Heated floors, Shared Guest Bath with toiletries&towels, Laundry Room privileges complete with detergent&softener, and includes full complimentary country breakfast, (breakfast changes daily).

Regulations require that our establishment be operated as either a Guesthouse or B&B at any one time.

Extra cots or highchair, playpen, stroller, crib (if required) are available for both the Guesthouse and the B&B, as well as iron and board, laundry room (including laundry soap&softener), guest telephone (local calls),free wireless high-speed internet, TV with cable, VCR/DVD and movies, large yard with sandbox and outdoor toys, play areas, tether ball, bikes, gardens, small pool, a hot tub, furnished decks and 200+ acres of farm pastured land to roam at your leisure.

Spacious sitting area-shared space with four (4) comfortable chairs and Cable TV.

Compact, modern kitchen area-common shared space table and chairs with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and cupboards filled with all you'll need.

If a Bed&Breakfast is all you need, then come and share our Island hospitality, right smack in the middle of PEI with a complimentary freshly prepared breakfast (breakfast change daily) enjoyed at our Island kitchen or on our deck (pergola) overlooking our pastures. This is why B&Bs are becoming one of the most favorite places to stay.

As of 2005, we officially have three Bed & Breakfast rooms.

These clean decorated rooms, 2 queen and 1 with twin beds complete with all the amenities of home; ceiling fans, fully stocked guest kitchen, cable TV/VCR/DVD with video/ DVD library, games and cards, guest phone, high speed wireless network, comfortable common sitting area, furnished patio with BBQ, own guest entrance, and guest laundry room privileges.

It is a home blessed with abundant fresh air and water, sunshine, open spaces and personalized hospitality.Come as a guest and leave as a friend.
